°If you are applying for an interior architecture position, it's important you are an adept at SketchUp and Vectorworks. Knowledge of Vray is a plus.
°Any job in our firm comes with tight deadlines from time to time, so it's important you're flexible, are good at time management and are able to handle periods of stress.
°You must be client oriented. We often compare ourselves to people who work in hospitality, because service is key in what we do.
°We're a small team based in Antwerp, so we have a lot of contact with our colleagues. It's very important to us that you're a team player, are open to brainstorm on other people's projects and ask for help when you need it.
°We have a very visual way of designing. Good computer skills are an absolute must.

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and passionate interior designer with experience in the hospitality industry to join the team.
You are:
°BA / MA in interior architecture or interior design.
°experienced in hospitality interior design.
° a SketchUp pro and adept at making detailed 2D interior drawings following the client's needs while keeping a firm eye on design.
°skilled in Vectorworks and preferably Vray (or similar) rendering software.
° a team player with clear communication skills who can work closely with other team members.
°Fluent in Dutch and English.
You will:
° work directly with our Antwerp based team to design and manage projects in Belgium as well as abroad.
° go through all phases of projects: help define client needs, conceptual design, design development and project management.
° source furnishings and artwork, as well as design custom pieces.
° communicate directly with clients, contractors and vendors to keep projects running smoothly and on time.

° a team player with clear communication skills who can work closely with other team members.
° fluent in English, preferably also in Dutch.
°someone with proven creative problem-solving skills, who has strong organizational skills to tackle multiple or fast-paced projects.
° experienced in all project phases and skilled in following up construction sites.
You will:
° work directly with our Antwerp based team to design and manage projects in Belgium as well as abroad.

Architect
with a passion for Interiors
Full time position
Antwerp, Belgium
We are looking for a highly motivated, creative and passionate Architectural Project Manager with experience in the building industry to join the team.
You are:
°an architect, interior designer, engineer, or equal through experience.
°result focussed, organized and structured.
°a team player with clear communication skills who can work closely with other team members.
°experienced in the building industry (ideally 5 years or more) and are used to working on big projects.
°equipped with a working knowledge of CAD (Vectorworks and/or Autocad).
°Fluent in Dutch and English.
°a proactive problem solver who works well under pressure.
°used to managing multiple projects at a time.
You will:
°manage a diverse range of projects in the field of residential and hospitality design and will guide them through all phases of building.
°be a mediator between clients, architects and contractors.
°work on architectural and interior design projects in Belgium and abroad.
°report to all involved parties about the project.
°proactively detect problems and bottlenecks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
°guard the buildability of the project within the predefined scope, budget and timing.
